Reflexology is a science based on the principle that there are reflexes in the hands and feet relative to  organs, glands, and all parts of the body.  Stimulating these reflexes helps to normalize body functions by relieving stress and tension. The unique method of using the thumb and fingers to stimulate nerve endings helps to improve circulation, lymphatic flow, and unblock nerve pathways. Nutritional Balancing with the COMPASS Bio-Survey System
Nutritional Balancing is a safe, simple, and non-invasive method of analyzing the body's preference for nutritional products. The process is easy, the hand is place on a hand cradle where a series of stimuli is sent to the body through the skin. The COMPASS Bio-Survey System measures fluctuations in the energy patterns of the skin known as Galvanic Skin Response. First, 76 bio-markers are evaluated for what is in and out of range, this establishes your baseline. These bio-markers relate to various body systems. Then various supplements are evaluated to see what preference the body has for bringing the out of range markers back into range. When the bio-survey scan is complete and an easy to understand report summarizing the COMPASS Bio-Survey is reviewed. Wholistic Energy Balancing
Wholistic Energy Balancing is a unique and gentle method of identifying stressors and blockages in the body and releasing them. This is a specialized field of Kinesiology that works with an individual's subtle energy system to defuse stress or fears resulting from negative experiences, past traumas, or learning difficulties. Stressors can be past or present relating to job, family, personal relationships, self-esteem, or abuse issues. The blockages created by these experiences prevents us from achieving our goals, being who we want to be, and making choices based on present-time circumstances. A variety of tools and techniques are used based on individual needs. They may include flower essences, integration exercises, holding acupressure points, visualization,  or essential oils. Reiki 
Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing.  This technique was developed in Japan and is administered by the laying on of hands. Reiki treats the whole person including body, mind, and spirit while creating benefits such as relaxation, feelings of peace and well-being. It helps to increase life energy. Energy is transmitted to the client through the practitioner's hands while the client relaxes on a massage table fully clothed. The practitioner's hands are lightly placed on or near the body in various positions around the head, shoulders, abdomen, legs, and feet. It is very relaxing and helps the client to release negative feelings or thoughts and realigns the body's subtle energy systems. It works in conjunction with all other medical, psychological, and natural therapeutic techniques. Ultimately, it helps to clear, straighten, and heal the energy pathways, thus supporting the life force flow in a healthy and natural way.

In-Home Health Presentations
Are you interested in learning about natural health in the privacy of your own home with a friends, co-workers or family? Is there a specific topic you are interested in? This in-home presentation is customized to meet your interests. The presentation lasts 45 minutes with time available following to answer your personal questions. Host an event  with a minimum of 5 guests and receive $50 in free product. Various topics are available or it can be customized to meet your interests. Contact Barbara for program details.
